How it works

Care Finder allows you to match your care requirement with the best care how to suit you. Care Finder uses three simple steps to search for your key requirements and then shows you the best homes within that search criteria. You can use Care Finder to do a more in depth search should you wish, using the “Advanced filter” option. Using the advanced filter will enable you to define what is important to you e.g. Home size, facilities and CQC rating. Once you select the advanced filters, Care Finder will then give you the option to “Fine Tune Results”. Fine tuning your results enables you to select a home with some crucial details you may find helpful in your search such as specialist medical requirements and funding options. Once you have filled in the details or skipped this step if you wish, you will then see the best matches for you.

Once you have selected an appropriate home, you an view their details. A summary section on the homes page will show you some of the key matches from your search. If you would like further information simply click “I would like more information”, fill in your details and the home will be in contact. Once you have filled in this section you can also “Request a brochure” and “Book a Visit”.

Signing in and out – Once you have created you account, you can simply sign in with you mobile number to make it as easy as possible.

Favourites – Too much choice? Adding homes to your favourites allows you to add all your top choice care homes in once place so you can easily revert back to them. These are found in the top right hand of your screen.
